All products found on our website are shown at their final price, including applicable taxes where applicable.

 

SHIPPING COSTS
In the event that the purchase includes shipping costs, these are detailed at the time of purchase. The amount of the shipping costs differs depending on whether the product is received in Spain or another country.

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND TYPES OF TRANSPORT
Products with an associated shipment will be delivered by a courier service with an average delivery time of 48 to 72 working hours. In the event of any incident or delay in delivery, UCAV undertakes to make the necessary arrangements to expedite delivery.

 

PAYMENT METHODS
In formaciononline.ucavila.es payments will be made through our online payment system (virtual POS) and the PayPal payment gateway.
This is a secure payment system, which complies with the security standards for means of payment, to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the information provided, and which is carried out through the payment gateway of the financial institutions Banco Santander, Deutsche Bank and Banco Sabadell, once it has been verified that the data provided is correct.
The price of each training activity or service is defined individually, and transport costs, where applicable, are also detailed.
The price includes applicable taxes.

 

PAYMENT DEADLINES

The purchase of products offered by the Catholic University of Avila, UCAV, through any of its sales space, formaciononline.ucavila.es, will be made through a single payment, by the means detailed in the space "Methods of payment".

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
For the acquisition of goods:
In the event of the purchase of goods through either of the two UCAV sales areas, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the Catholic University of Avila, UCAV, of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, such as a letter sent by post or e-mail:

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event of withdrawal, UCAV shall refund to the customer all payments received after the purchase, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which UCAV is informed of the decision to withdraw from the relevant contract. UCAV shall make such refund using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction.

The customer must return or deliver the goods directly to UCAV without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it informs UCAV of its decision to withdraw. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before this period has expired.

In order to be able to return the goods purchased, UCAV offers the customer free returns made in person at the UCAV headquarters, and returns by post, which will have an additional cost to be borne by the customer, in accordance with the provisions of article 108 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. The UCAV will not accept any parcel carriage forward. Given that the right of withdrawal implies the reciprocal restitution of services, UCAV will withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods.

 

FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRAINING SERVICES: COURSES
In the case of the acquisition of training services (courses) through any of the two UCAV sales areas, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, unless the service has been fully executed or the execution has already begun. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is void in those cases in which the course has been started or completed, regardless of the time at which the course was contracted.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, such as a letter sent by post or e-mail:

The consequences of withdrawal are the same as those communicated to the customer in the case of the purchase of goods detailed in the previous point.

 

RETURNS OF TRAINING SERVICES: COURSES

In the case of training activities that include the payment of University Fees and administrative management costs, once the training services have begun, no type of cancellation of enrolment will entail the reimbursement of the same, nor the extinction of pending payments.

In the event that the purchased course does not include didactic material, the purchaser will have 14 days to withdraw from the course from the moment of enrolment. The exercise of this right implies the refund of the full cost of the course as long as the course has not yet started. If the course has already begun, no refund will be made. The communication of this option must be formally notified through:
